Precision Maintenance is owned and operated by seasoned veterans of the airport and airline community. We are a Newark based company and have a staff with complementary backgrounds in varying fields that provide us the ability to meet a wide range of needs for our customers. We provide a complete range of facility maintenance services in the New York and New Jersey area.

Established in 2001, Precision Maintenance began providing facility maintenance services to the aviation industry with a single building contract it now oversees multiple facilities and specialized services at all three of the area airports as well as in the commercial sector. Our team of technicians are licensed and certified in electrical, HVAC and plumbing and together bring years of facility maintenance background to our company. Skilled carpenters, painters and masons also support individual construction projects.

We are committed to the health and growth of our company and as a result, much of the revenues we receive are reinvested in the company to improve the product we provide our clients. Our management has an extensive background in the industry and understands the complexities and the day-to-day issues that can affect the performance and success of our customers.
